i thought all day about a nice alternative to grinding, by the way i comeout with some thing very cool, that you may not regreat:

tamriel unlimited tournament: a game in a game, a pve and pvp place where you can fight all day, with high xp point, dashboard, top position, rewards and fun in role playing the gladiator way.
we could then have a montly tamriel winner, great xp gain for winner, but also a pretty good amount for looser.
it will be a next eso step, with great arena content over all cities, in pve and in pvp.
