Selling in Guild Store: Red Numbers / Cannot Sell?

Does anybody know why sometimes when you try to sell someting (NOT STOLEN ITEMS) in a Guild Trader the Price is Red, and it will not allow the item to be listed?
And, then a few hours, or a day, later the item can be sold just fine.
Is there something in a tooltip I missed? (lol)

Oh, and yeah, the listing fee comes out at the time it is listed, then refunded once the item is sold. Any guild/commission fees come out as the item is sold, and the remaining amount is sent to you.Edited by stojekarcub18_ESO on July 2, 2015 9:27PM0
