✭✭✭✭✭You can only get the Trait Stones in Upper Craglorn or from a player who has farmed them. They are not cheap, 20K or so on the PC, way more than that on the consoles. Then you have to find somebody who has researched the trait, prices are typically 2000 plus stone (on the PC, more on the consoles) for someone to make a researchable item.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
