Valkyn Proc - Sorcerer Skills Quesiton

Does the Valkyn Helm set proc on Liquid Lightning and Lightning form?

Do the skills that have a delay to "detonation" (e.g., curse or shattering prison) trigger the proc?

Daedric curse, Lightning form, lighting splash, daedric mines, Magicka detonation are considered DoT's, it procs on lightning form and splash, you might want to add Entropy (if you don't use it already)
