I have been unable to log into Stormhaven, i have 2 char's stuck trying to get into Stormhaven, this has been going on for the last 5hours.

@ZOS_MollyH,

Since today's patch, my EP VR2 character "Zinnibael" (EU server) is stuck on the border to Stormhaven, after having been locked out of the area all day and finally trying to enter by foot. Bad idea. The character is now lost in limbo: listed as being in Glenumbra in the character select screen, but trying to load into Stormhaven (and failing, booting me to the login screen) as soon as I select it.

Another character (EU, DC, VR14, "Wimoweh") is unable to enter Deshaan, but that is a less serious matter. She can still access some other zones, and is not locked out from play altogether. I will stay away from walking into Deshaan on foot with that one.

I submitted a help ticket on the first issue (VR2 char hopelessly stuck), but not on the second (VR14 char locked out from Deshaan), because I noticed it later. I haven't yet checked whether my AD character has problems accessing any zones, but I would suspect this problem goes beyond those two characters.

I cannot go to Stormheaven VR 2 version. I always get booted to log in screen with a general "An error has occurred".

I also have a Character stuck in between Glenumbra and Stormhaven.

I Finished Glenumbra tonight then travelled along the road leading into Stormhaven and got the loading window.
The game then crashed, and now everytime I try and log into that character "Kurt Breichen" I get the loading window then .5 of a second after I load in, the whole screen goes black and i have to alt tab out of the game to restart it.

All my other characters load in fine and i have also tried disabling addons with no success.

Could you try moving my character please?

p.s. I am on the EU server and I have also submitted a ticket asking for help

Seriously, I understand you are doing more than that, it's just that the notice about the maintenance mentions that as the only reason. Looking forward to having a playable character in the morning.

I have two char stuck in Stormhaven, they are 1. Old snakee, stuck going from Glenumba to Stormhaven, Black screen.
2. snakekill, stuck in Stormhaven.

snakekill is now free, and in Glenumbra, thank you for that, old snakee is still stuck.

2 ticket's in, but as i said. iam being given the run around.
