I had some pixel without Subsampling but with activate subsampling only 15 fps.
So edited the Configure for best Graphic and most FPS.
( Every changed you need to diabled Ambient Occlusion )

Note that I already had the "graphics settings" on medium in the graphics settings menu before applying these changes. There are obviously some advanced settings that are not listed in-game that this affects, but I don't know if they're in the UserSettings.txt file.
Also, there are some lines in that file now that were not present when the original post in this thread were made. Those I left alone.
And if you want to skip the little opening videos before login screen set this

You're being dumb, fyi. There isn't a character of code on that page. Those are called variables. Changing them can't *** with the game, ZoS chose to leave them exposed.0 -

Then i used a few of the codes from this and that jumped from 10 FPS to 25 FPS max.
