Yeah. I have yet to see them spawn and the last in game night was a full moon, nothing. Plus there's a bunch of people camping spawns, so I'm sure getting bit will be even harder when they do spawn.

oh...you just have to talk to all the people in the area to be organized like to wait on their turn for the bite and not killing the blood fiends..that is what we did...we talked to everyone in the area waiting for the bite and just waited in turns for the bite...
