Lena's Wand of Finding Removed?

Has it been removed because I just did the quest and only robe's were given.

    As I remember it, the wand was awarded mid quest. Then you got the robes as the formal reward. But it's been awhile since I ran it.

    Hello! I have the same problem as WarlordGrievous : I just did the quest and only robe's were given.
    I sent a request, but they told me to log out and then log in, but it didn't work.
    Could you help me?

    You get the wand while doing the quest, and it used to never be removed from you once finishing the quest. Now it gets removed (unless you add it to the bank before handing in the quest).

    There are a few quests like this that if you do not do something special to 'keep it' you will lose the item.

    Like the Shadowsilk Gem and Kollopi Essence, The Lena's Wand of Finding can be 'lost' forever, if you do not protect it while on the quest

    Talk to her before getting on the boat to leave, she should give it.

    I did this quest just recently again and submitted a bug report after I didn't get the wand either. The wand was previously handed out by Lena, along with the robe, in the very end of the quest. It was always there with all my other characters before, but not anymore.

    Sorry for late reply I went on a vacation.No it's not removed,but has bugged before and you may need to contact customer support.

    I recently did this quest with two of my newer characters and neither of them got the Wand either.
    Sad. :c Was such a fun thing to play around with. Luckily I still have the Wand on another character from a long time ago. But I would have loved for my new characters to also get one.

    I think the first time I relogged, but she only kept offering the robe. After turning in the quest I talked to her again, but nothing else was offered. I kind of assumed they removed it with an update for some reason and just moved on. I don't think going back will get me the item anymore.

    FoolishLittleMortal, if the wand has been removed, why the dev didn't change the dialogue? Because she says "Take my wand as a gift etc". I think it is a bad bug :'(

    @Natjur You can actually still return to the tree to obtain this as much as you like, but you can only have one on a character at any given time.
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.

    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS
