Can't login to Support page, need to file a ticket? Dear @ZOS can u help me plz!

I am having issue to login through support page to file my complaint, I am not permitted to do so.
Having this error:-
Authentication Error
UserID and/or password was incorrect.
I know my user name and password are correct.
