The populations of alliances is horribly unbalanced. It's not fun for either side when it's 200+ vs 50 in Pvp. It becomes gate camping which is no fun. why not offer 1 time transfers with some incentive to switch. A lot of new players picked ep just cause they thought it would be like skyrim
