[Need Help] @ZOS_GinaBruno PvP unplayable & Unable to login on support page

@ZOS_GinaBruno I am having some issue in ESO PvP from past couple of month. Now when I try to login through support page to file my complaint, I am not permitted to do so.
Why?
Having this error:-
Authentication Error
UserID and/or password was incorrect.
Here is my problem:
From past 2 months I am having problem in PvP. I kicked to login screen without any Error Code. This happened 4-5 Time per hour in middle of combat. Lag is integral part of ESO. so I am not complaining abt Lag, My main issue is why I spend my 5 mins to re-join a fight every 15 mins?
