The health bar visual for shields still broken

Confirmed this last night playing in Azura after the patch.

Notes say:
•The health bar visual for shields will no longer become stuck after having multiple shield effects active at once.

This is not fixed unless the problem is because of my Add-on. I admit I'm using LUI Extended for my Player Frame. Just wanted to give you a heads up. I havn't tried it with the default player frame yet. Has anyone else had this issue still persist after the patch?

    not fixed even with the base UI, but it happens alot less often.
    spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

    Thanks for confirming. I wonder what else they supposedly fixed that is still broken.
