Regarding other interrupts, did you try punching yourself in the face?
Reflects back any harmful single target spell for X seconds...The bubble that is cast on you by the resource mages is definitely broken, and will for instance reflect ultimates, including Dawnbreaker, yet not actually consume any ultimate.
I would assume DB would register as AoE, but if they are the only target...who knows how this game registers things internally.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Reflects back any directed attack at the caster. Thing such as biting jabs, steel tornado and impulse won't be affected. Soul assault, meteor and silver shards will be reflected back at the attacker even though they can affect multiple targets.
I know this as I killed a vampire, as a vampire, when I reflected his procced silver shards back at him thanks to the bubble.
Basically, if you need to aim it at an NPC or PC to toggle it, it will be reflected. Not quite sure how DB works though if it does reflect.The Legendary Nothing0 -

kungmoo✭✭✭eclipse is still bugged atm, at least where channeled abilitites are concerned
if you hit an ability like Soul Assault while eclipsed and hit block to cancel it, it can keep channeling... and it will make it where you are unable to cast anything, attack or CC break until you dodge rollSome men are alive simply because it is against the law to kill them. -Edward W. Howe0
