Weapon swapping

I have been looking at tutorials online and I noticed you can weapon swap which also swaps a second ability bar. Can you do this on PS4 and how? Yes I know you can start swapping weapons at level 15 but how do you do it and also create a second ability bar?

markt84✭✭✭It's left on the d-pad on Xbox, sure it's the same on ps4 and go to skills and I'm guessing hit triangle because it's Y on Xbox0 -
Tors✭✭✭✭✭Once you have that sorted.
Press the button and wait a random amount of time (dependant on lag at the server and the lag from your own conection) for the weapon to swap, or even better, swap then swap again as the swaps are queued up.
