[Console] Mobile App Second Screen for Minor Quality of Life Improvement.

So I've been seeing all these issues that console players are suffering from, of which PC players either cope with add-ons or have it natively built in.
With a second screen, and a second method of input, it allows players to experience the game with a slight quality of life improvement. And ZoS has all the resources they need since Bethesda just announced at E3 that they made a mobile second screen app for Fallout4. All the extra stuff one may need is a phone/tablet which players either have or should be able to afford since they have consoles anyways.
- Acts as in-game menu to solve player's confusion over controller pad menu controls. Allows right clicking when tapping and holding, so-on.
- Optional text chat for ESO Mobile users, equipped with soft keyboard from the mobile devices and players who prefer voice chat need not worry about immersion or being forced to use text chat. Only ESO Mobile users can see the chat box on their mobile devices.
- Mimics main screen and allows input when accessing Vendors, Bank, Guild Bank, Guild Store, and Crafting menus.
- Grants access to Voice Chat controls such as instant channel switch, custom channels, and channel administration.
- The full Emotes menu, they need it more than we do.
The following are features from add-ons that if ZOS does make the app, they should really have some common sense or mercy on these console players and include these.
- Act as mini-map as players travel through Tamriel.
- Inventory Grid View
- Crafting Research Timers
- Inventory / Bank scanning, sorting and auto stack button
- A better Guild Store interface
- Latency display
- Button remapping (though coming out on PS4)
- Craft in player determined amounts to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome
- /autoinvite "xx" for better PVP experience, cause if we need that so badly on PC, console PVP groups will die without it.
- Combat log and statistics
- By the Eight, have mercy on my fellow provisioners and have Sous Chef features built in! Nobody can remember the ingredients for all 468 recipes!
