Anyone else having trouble entering Juliek campaign on xbox one?

I can join any other campaign except my home campaign juliek, it's full but immediately let's me join in, only to be taken to a black screen with the eso main theme playing.
I posted on the support forum, to be fallen on deaf ears, so I'm hoping maybe someone can weigh In here.
