What passive or active abilities are useless

I am a nightblade that dual wields daggers and use a bow. I also use my racial skills, medium armor, and crafting skills.

    It really depends on what you do. Each skill/passive is useful to someone.

    You obviously want all the passives for DW, Bow, MA and the class lines that you use. You also want some of the Fighter's Guild skills (Evil Hunter is your friend) and the first passives from Fighter's Guild and Mages Guild.

    The rest is a matter of opinion.

    Both the ZOS_patch active and passive abilities are COMPLETELY useless for content, balancing and bug fixes.

    They are incredibly OP for new mount skins on the cash shop, however.
