How to access our guild store

so our guild has a store and when i go to a town and go to the guild merchant says i cant sell how come?

You need to hire a merchant to use a guild trader - this will make your guild store available to the public rather than just guild members.

To list items or buy things from your guild store, head to a Banker and select "Guild Store" from the menu.

Yeah, even without a guild trader - you can still use the guild store to buy and sell items. The thing is, only people who are in that guild will be able to buy the items you put up for sell. if your guild hires a trader, anyone in the game who goes to that trader will be able to buy stuff.
