Is there some reason i can't ride my horse to craglorn or have the dragonstar arena waypoint come up

Is there some reasom i am being restricted access to trials? I join a group for dragonstar, no one has the way point. How are we supposed to get the way point if i can't ride my horse to craiglorn? Is there some reason this is set up as restrictive as can be? I have vereran and normal unlocked and can;t even go to the arena. What's the point of an MMO that i can't access endgame in?

You can ride to Dragonstar once in Crag but you must port to Crag or Caravan from outside of the zone.-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
