So I bought ESO Plus and 3000 crowns. I logged in and saw I had 5000 crowns. I decided to hold on to them and logged in the next day to be back at 500 crowns which I received from the PC to Xbox transfer. Where did they go? Why? I submitted a ticket with Bethesda and they said contact Xbox Support. I contacted Microsoft and my transaction history shows nothing however, I looked on the ESO webiste and I can clearly see my transactions. WTF is going on here? I'm not spending another dime on this bogus crown store until I find out what happened.
