The PS4 NA server will be undergoing work for a fair amount of time today, and if possible, I'd like to avoid the surprise of a 15 GB download waiting.

    The box at the top of the page clearly states that there is patch maintenance - so yes, assume you will be downloading a patch.

    PC says they are getting a patch. Console does not. Therefore I would assume the exact opposite. No patch for console.

    For people playing on the PC, make sure you leave your launcher open so it automatically downloads and applies the patch for you when it's ready :D.

    Ah OK. Well login and account maintenance is a different thing - last time for consoles for that type of maintenance they said if you were already logged in you wouldn't even be kicked from the server - just that you wouldn't be able to log in during that time. See, I take these things in ;)

    No patch for consoles today, just maintenance on the login servers and such. As Epona said, if you're already logged in, it's likely you won't even be kicked out.
