Where to get/buy Veteran level glyphs and enchantments?

I just made it to Veteran and I'm very stoked, but I can't find glyphs for my new cool weapons - where do I buy them?

Kuratla✭✭✭You can get an enchanter to make them for you. Not sure where (if anywhere) they can be vendor bought. Otherwise, just kill stuff and you'll get white VR glyphs dropped every once in a while.V14 Templar Argonian Healer, V12 DK Orc Tank, V2 Sorcerer High Elf DPS, V1 Templar Breton DPS, V1 Nightblade Bosmer DPS, and 3 low levels.
