Little confused
So I'm v1 trying to do codwell silver quest.. it says explore ebon hart pack what do I do... just do quest untill it explorer or do I need to go somewhere ? Also where is a map I can grind to v14 ?

Basically you need to do what is in the almanac.
Although it is possible to grind to level 14 (by just killing foes), it is not recommended. It takes much much longer then following the program.Through me you pass into the city of woe:

✭✭In your jurnal there is a tab where it says "Cadwell's almanach". There you can see a list of all quests that you have to do for Cadwell's silver.
Possible grind spots are:
- delves in Cyrodiil (be carefull, other players can kill you there)
- in Bankorai (you need to finish Cadwell's silver to go there)
- in Rift (not perfect as enemies won't be higher than v5)1
