Go to PC if you want a chat window, everyone knows if they introduced a chat window it would just turn into a buy/sell guild spam fest.

@j_labbeb16_ESO reading is pretty easy. For instance, I can glance and read an entire chat window in less than 5 seconds.
Stop to read? really? So give them the option so you can turn it off.

j_labbeb16_ESO✭✭✭There are simple "word" emotes other than physical ones.
If you can't look at your map during pvp and figure out what keeps are under attack or where your alliance is likely heading then it's possible that you shouldn't even be in pvp. You will never have the time to type out a message while engaged in pvp with a console controller, unless you plan on spending most of your time dead.
Join a group, there are huge arrows overtop of party members heads, they also show up on the map, stick with your group.
What's next?

You are awesome. Yes. Thank you. On PC, the keyboard makes sense. Its close at hand har har . On console, I hate you instantly if you are typing messages to me that require me to grab my peripheral keyboard and plug it in, while monsters or other players are killing me for being afk.
And all this talk about people with special needs is just the spam sale-guild invite- can't wait to troll people crowd.

You can buy chat pads in ps4 and xbone bundles btw so that point you just love to throw around is moot. Id be much more relaxed and social in eso if i had a chat box to be able to communicate.
