it's situational. admittedly some bosses WILL become more painful. otherwise in the long run its not to bad but if you value being alive more often. dump the vampirism as fire kills.
PLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread

Depends what are you going to play. Usually sorcerers have no need for vampire skills and being generally squishy - the added incoming fire damage penalty only makes it worse.
Either nothing or WW, as sorcerers have low stamina/regen, the WW bonus helps and it has no negative side-effects unless you are transformed.

Of course it all depends on your playstyle and content you wish to regularly do. I'd say no - the fire damage debuff just scares the crap out of me - and I pvp most of the time.
    Sometimes, I dream about...cheese...

Dermont - v16 Pompous Altmer Sorcerer (With a very arrogant face!)
Egonieser - v16 Nord Stamina Dragonborn Wannabe
Endoly - v16 Tiny Redguard Sharpened MaceBlade
Egosalina - v16 Breton Cheesus Beam Specialist
Egowen - v16 Dunmer Whipping Expert (Riding crops eluded her)
(Yes, I had to grind all these to v16)
Akamanakh - lvl 22 Khajiit GankBlade (Inspired by Top Cat)
Targos Icewind - lvl 34 Imperial (Future) Jabplar
    (CP 830+)

Vampires in general have little place in most PvE instances. I'm not saying they're bad, but the fire weakness and health regeneration debuff is hardly worth the passives and spells vampirism provides. Like @Egonieser stated, it's probably best either picking up lycanthropy for the stamina regeneration benefit or staying human, well, mer, and having no negative drawbacks.

That being said, there are good PvE based players who are vampires, but they are quite skilled at dodging, have a lot of PvE experience and are very knowledgeable regarding their class in question.

I dps as a Breton vampire Templar in pvp and it's awesome.
About to die? Go into mist form to take 75% less damage for 4 seconds whilst the bat swarm you just used fills your health to the top.

Plus bat swarm is the fastest filling ultimate I've come across so it can be used quite often.

1v1, 1v2 and 1v3, I can pretty much hold my own.

And you can negate some of the fire damage by enchanting some of your gear.

You still stake 30% more fire damage even with fire gear and you're a templar hes a mage
