pls refrain from opening multiple threads bout the same subject. I'll post my reaction is both cause they both give info.

As a daggerfall alliance member, you can't go to riften (unless you finish the main story and cadwell's silver). However, it is not needed to cure it, you can do it in Evermore (Bangkorai).

If you need to unlock this city, it should be relative easy to run there. (assuming you start in Daggerfall city/Glenumbra (if you have any location closer by, please go there first)

From daggerfall go north-east to aldcroft. From there keep running north to Crosswych and continu north into Stormhaven
In stormhaven continue going east to Wayrest (the alliance capital). Exit the city over the east bridge and continue east till a large bridge. that is where you will portal into bangkorai. This is a level 38-45 zone, but don't worry you only need to cross the bridge and there are no foes on it. Then you are in Evermore. Find the local mages guild (straight ahead from the bridge) and talk to Prelate Sabinus
