[Delete (It makes damage)] Bash makes no damage when it is blocked

If you bash an enemy and he/she is blocking you make no damage. Is it intended or it is a bug? Can you drain his/her stamina while bashing him/her?
Edit. I used an addon that didn't display mitigated damage.

AlcastClass RepresentativeYou still should do damage though, and iirc last time i bashed a dude and he blocked he got damage, just very low because he is blocking and your bash prolly doesnt do a lot of damage.
