First let me say I am autistic and I am not patient by nature I am also less understanding with being inconvenienced. I bought your collectors edition of the game and eso plus.
However in the future I will refuse to invest more into your game of you keep up policies like this. Not sure if you all are based out of the United States but we have horrible run internet companies wit datacaps. So we cannot afford you to include every thing in one patch as your doing.

OzJohnD✭✭✭✭It was apparently not planned and future patches should be incremental, not whole set downloads.
Whether this eventuates is yet to be seen, but you will not be the only one cancelling ESO + and their PSN subscription if Zenimax repeats the appalling error of this recent patch.

lol, im from europe and this is the first patch of 15 gig i cant download fast.... since the other 15 gig patches i downloaded with 30 min this patch is still downloaded im on my third day now... and ive tried all ways to upgrade speed with no luck... i did get a patch for the witcher but that downlaod went smooth in a blip completed but eso online patches seems to have problems....0 -
xeneblaze✭✭✭The crazy slow download of this huge patch has just annoyed already, very annoyed players of ESO. It was a huge fail and they should be apologising for it and compensating customers for not being able to play for 2 days. But no, they dont do that, they dont even acknowledge the issue.
One more incident like this and I will cancel ESO Plus and move onto another game - I have very nearly had enough of Zenimax's dire service to their customers AND their terrible ongoing launch problems with this game.GuildMaster of Wolves of Destiny

Not all companies in the US have maximum data limits, just depends on what you have and your plan - i have unlimited.

There are no unlimited data options in some areas, like mine. It really sucks, we have the best wifi we can get and it only has a 4 Mbps download speed0 -

Egg_Death✭✭I fortunately don't have a data cap on my internet, but considering I bought the game on Tuesday I have spent more time downloading patches than playing the game. Any 15GB patch is no fun when Sony has a slow CDN, but having to download it again less than 24 hours later is so bad it is funny. I came home on Wednesday ready to continue my journey and was met with yet another 12 hour download. Fortunately this game is such a blast that I'm only mad that I can't play it. The first island has more story than I got in Destiny.0 -
