By emailing. Just remember your limited to 6 or 7 items per email and your charged for each email you send.
You could also farm undead (zombies, skeletons, bloodfiends etc) and humans as they drop glyphs you can deconstruct. This way your getting gold, experience, other loot to vendor and the glyphs to decon.

✭✭Right now, the mail system isn't working properly, so you may or may not be able to mail a particular player at this point in time. Even if they're on your friend's list or in your guild, the mail system will sometimes still give an error message that the player is not found. Hopefully they'll get this sorted soon, as it's the only way to trade with a specific player who is in another alliance, unless they have an alternate character in your alliance that can meet up with you.0
