Hi all, quick question, where is Geonard Stogrin because he is not in the bank in Daggerfall even though his name shows up when I hover over the bank.

maybe he's one of the 'invisible' NPCs some folks are suffering from. If you're looking to buy some bag updates there's also an NPC outside the bank (there's a small group of 2 or 3 NPCs) who sells them, IIRC it's a female but I forget her name, the tooltip over icon on the minimap will show a Bag Vendor and the name.

Geonard disappeared when the Justice System was introduced and a guard entered the bank. The guard took the banker's desk, the banker took Geonard's desk, and Geonard was evicted. He took to the road and has not been seen since.
There is now another pack merchant by a cart outside the bank. The map info is outdated and incorrect.

Geonard Stogrin is at the bank in Wayrest. The Bag Vendor in Daggerfall is Nurisipa, and she's in the Tradesman's Square marketplace outside the bank.
