Finished all of the other objectives but Camlorn, None of the NPC's in this quest line seem to have the quest for me to start it.
Is there something I'm missing?

This page has some information. Sometimes these quests are quite picky and you have to contact customer support for help.
I'm having issues with the last one in Glenumbra and am still waiting on a reply from them. I had to abandon the quest and am now unable to find that quest giver because he is no longer there.0
