Probably not until I got bored enough but yeah I would. Race changes and faction swap I am suprised are not available already.
http://uesp.net/wiki/Arena:ClassesPersonally I'd prefer if they just removed classes altogether.
Previous Elder Scrolls games worked just fine without restricting your character to a single class, I can't see why they ever implemented them here.

I can see why you'd expect race changes to already be a thing, but you're surprised faction swapping isn't a crown store option? I'm surprised that you're surprised that the ability to change factions isn't around.

Don't see how that would be too far fetched switching factions. With a cool down of maybe 30 days similar to switching grand companies ala a realm reborn. I haven't really had time to play teso enough yet to know if there is anything in particular that would make this not possible tbh

My biggest surprise, since I found out about the game almost 2 years ago is that there are factions that you chose at character creation and you belong to them soley based on the fact that you droped from the sky directly into their teritorial waters. In a TES game! Still the most preopsterous idea I have ever heard related to the game.
Faction joining should have been a mid game game choice with an option for neutrality.Sort of like in a TES game.
