Combat Bug After Xbox Update

I've been experiencing a bug in the PVE combat that doesn't register my attacks; my character will perform the actions like it is attacking but there no sound to it and the enemy's health doesn't go down. This isn't in any certain area because it's happening quite often in the majority of the areas. Is anyone else experiencing this issue as well?

In addition to not being able to interact or attack sometimes, I was booted twice last night with an error telling me I was spamming messages, which wasn't the case (trust me, I sent no messages; I'm new to MMOs and have thus far played this game like a single player experience). I'm hoping this issue clears up0 -

It can be game breaking if it's not fixed and just gets worse, not being able to do damage to enemies is a problem.0 -

The targeting system can sometimes disengage if you are too close.
NPCs can often come right into your face and cause this.
The result is the NPC isn't highlighted....and thus not targeted...and hence you hit nothing but air.
Swing and miss
Also the targeting system can lag on occasion and you just cant target an NPC for some reason.
See if they are highlighted next time you have this issue...even if the cursor is on them.Edited by Rune_Relic on June 25, 2015 8:54PMAnything that can be exploited will be exploited0
