I am new to MMO and i am a lvl 17 have not done any enchanting or crafting I am a sorreccer i have collected runes and such is there a guide that is detailed on explain how to do these things?
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
Nice thing about Enchanting is, you can make a glyph from any 3 runes you use. Which means if you don't know a rune, use it and you will learn it. Of course you use it up, but if your extraction is high enough, you almost always get back all the runes from what you made.
Now, you also get a bonus to Inspiration by learning new Runes. One I did last week where I learned 3 gave me more than 60,000 inspiration from making one glyph. I think this is more a percentage than a fixed amount, so you may want to hold off on learning new runes until later in the skill level. Also one of the runes was a Jejota, and you get more inspiration from making a higher aspect glyph, so that might have been part of it.
I will have to go and learn a low level potency to see if the amount you get is a constant percentage or based on level that you learn. In any event, learning new runes is a significant source of inspiration so if you have a potency that you have not learned, even if your over the level, use it once to learn it.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
