Like someone else said, incorporate Rune Focus and that helps regen as well. Ultimately that 3rd boss is tough even for geared people cause there's so much damage going on and its hard to use anything but BOL to heal.
Your sets are for pvp, not pve. You need to have a BOL that heals a low HP ally in one shot. This is accooplished with high mag and high spell damage.
Try:
5pc healer habit, neck, rings, 2 body pieces
4 pc Martial knowledge body
2pc torugs pact, 1 body, 2 staffs
Use structured entropy and/or potions to get major sorcery buff. Entropy will also increase your HP passively by ~1k HP. Use this benefit to take attribute points out of HP and put into magicka, further increasing your max.
Now your regen will be low but you simply need to work on using heavy resto attacks at the right times to restore mag, make sure to use siphon.
19k HP is enough for most encounters. 20k+ only needed for vDSA and SO.

If you are then you should get cured because you take 40% more damage from fire effects as a vampire and vet coa is fire.
Entropy must be cast to receive the major sorcerery buff. The "structured entropy" morph will provide the additional HP passively from simply being slotted.entropy give sorcerer from equipping or need to cast to activate?
I'm guessing it is a morph that gives the +1k life (gonna have to go farm a sp to morph it if i go that route)?
It appears the calculator didn't save your distribution. The link shows zeros for everything. Can you post them again? Are my champion points allocated good for healing or am I focusing on the wrong stuff? I am thinking about partially respecting for fire resist (being reminded of vampire).
This isn't game breaking, but be aware you're playing a magicka build with a stamina race. Bosmer is doing nothing for your healing at this point and is why your Max magicka is lower than most altmer, dunmer and Breton healers. On a good note you should have plenty of stam to break free and dodge roll from fireI'm a bosmer as far as racial go.
You want crit too, but not at the detriment to your spell damage and max magicka.....basically the level of importance is:Yeah I am regening mana from attacks constantly, didn't think of the enchant that could help (currently have spell crit, was thinking spell crit would crit heals....bad logic?)
So is this the toughest fight for healers in the dungeon?
@cuyler 19k life buffed?
@Cuyler They saved the stats on mine... you have to go to the bottom and click "Calculate"
Have not had a chance to try all the changes hopefully soon .... maybe tomorrow.

Still can't see them no...hit calculate and everything come back zeros.
Anyways do you have enough points into apprentice to unlock the "spell precision" passive for an additional 12% spell crit?

Boss 5, convinced me to drop vampire, still owned me but not one shots anymore. Currently running 5/5 healers habit with spell cost reduction. 4/4 martial knowledge and 2/2( boots and weapons) tourags pact. (more specific is outlined above in an earlier post).
I am considering remaking the boots (and maybe adjusting martial knowledge some) to get 2-3 pieces of nirn armor.
Currently 7x light 2x resto staff
Spell resist 8.xk physical resist about the same.
Could just make a few pieces that I can swap in/out for needed fights idk...cranked out another 10 cp yesterday
