Headshots with the bow

Hi, I was wondering if as with other Elder scrols games, there is a bonus damage for a headshot with the bow. Sometimes it seems as if there would be. Thanks.

Nope. You don't manually aim the bows either, nor do you need arrows.

Well, you can actually aim and i.e. distinguish your shot between two close enemies (more or less). I see that the arrow hits the chest always, but I had the feeling that it was harder when I aim the head. It might be my imagination, but, do you have actual file data about it?

There are no headshots in this game. Critical damage is determined by a chance to proc based on your critical rating.

Other Elder Scrolls games don't have locational damage, headshots have never been a thing. Not in ESO either.

TESO sticks to the whole series: In no game it was possible to actually do a headshot.

Really? I was almost certain that it was possible in Oblivion. Then again, I played it so long ago.... and I was also playing fallout at the time, might have confused.
