First off - it's not very unusual (at least in Cryodil), but I don't think I've had it in a PvE zone until tonight after the mega-patch.
So just wondering if the team is looking at the issue, or if there's any hope it will go away. From my many hours in Cyrodil, I know it's a very common problem (to the point that people routinely kill the game and restart because that's just faster than waiting it out most times).
