Hey, everybody. So I'm new to ESO (just got it a couple days ago) and I had a questions about banking. 1) If you are utilizing a bank in one location, can you access it from any other bank or JUST that one? Second, if you have something in a bank, can you access it with multiple characters? Thanks!

✭You can also craft at a station using materials that are stored in your bank. The materials don't have to be in your bag. Also, your other characters can use items that are placed in your bank, even if those items have already been bound by the character that placed them in there.1
