Getting kicked to xbox 1 homescreen\dashboard every few minutes of play

So as the title says, im not able to play for more than mabye 3 or 4 minutes before being returned to the xb1 homescreen. Is this a wide spread problem? Anybody else experiencing this or found a fix?

Do you happen to have comcast?

I was having these issues and have an Arris TG862G
Changed these settings

Firewall IPv4 and IPv6
Custom Security
Don't check Peer-to-Peer applications

or changing it to bridge mode also worked

nevermind, I wasn't getting kicked back to the xb1 home screen

That's okay I almost had a heart attack. Said I was logged on already...

Had a friend watch to make sure I wasn't hacked lol.

So no idea what is going on.

Not getting kicked to the home screen as much but still constantly kicked out of the game within 30 minutes or less. Xbox One NA server. Still messing around in the wailing prison due to not being able to play very long.

i get a log in timer then get kicked back to title screen and have to reque. then says server timed out been like that the last 30 min.

Have been having this problem for the last couple of hours now.. cant seem to play for more than 10minutes without being kicked back to xbox homescreen. Anyone else getting this still?

Have you done the good'ol hard reset? Hold down the power button on the console till it shuts off, or go into the power settings in options and restart console.

I have the same problem! When I enter the game, it only takes a few minutes to take me back to home screen.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled it but didnt work. And also I already deleted my saved data.
Any way to fix this? Help please.

Constantly getting this now. Once I finally get in the game 5 or so minutes go by and kicked to Xbox One home screen. Starting to wish I hadn't bought this game or at least bought a physical copy so I could get some of my money back.

Just happened again was being kicked to the smoke ring but just got kicked to the home screen.

Same thing is happening to me. First 3 days of owning the game I could not even get the game to load before getting kicked to home screen, now I can play 30 secs before I get kicked.

Looks like i spoke to soon... got the no internet connection error 6 times in less than an hour, just got kicked back to dashboard just like before.

Same here done all steps suggested via support email but just the same. A quick fix or a full refund (but I'm keeping molar bal statue!) Is what I want.
