Ixtyr✭✭✭✭✭Unfortunately, no, there is not. There are some third-party apps that allow you to manually input your character's data so you can theorycraft your builds or track your crafting research timers, but they all require manual entry. ZOS hasn't opened up their API enough to allow someone to develop something as a third-party, and a smartphone app has been something the community has been requesting for some time.
