✭✭✭✭✭You will do much better just going out and farming mobs and deconstructing that loot. You get Gold and Experience too along with the crafting mats. And, the very elusive Purple Style Trait Stones can be found this way before you get to VR ranks. The items you deconstruct from other players does not give all that much more exp for doing so, and the friction of being able to send 6 or 7 items back and forth at a time really drags this down.

I see your point.
I am still farming mobs and deconstructing loot. However according to sources i've been reading i.e. http://tamrieljournal.com/crafting-and-professions/) it looks like the best use of mats just lying around in my bank is to find people to deconstruct with.
For example, I have like 400+ cotton, 200+ flax. From the numbers I'm reading looks like I'll get at least 2x xp from just putting in a bit more time and trading to deconstruct items rather than crafting them and deconstructing by myself.0
