MrGhosty✭✭✭✭✭OP, my best advice to you will be to just bide your time. The population will shift as we saw it shift between AD, DC and then EP. Though EP pop seems to have stuck around longer, I suspect that has more to do with the state of PvP in general and if they ever get it balanced out you'll see a change. Other than that I hear the rest of tamriel is quite nice at this time of year
