✭✭✭Make sure you are on the right server. There are two xbox one servers if I remember right. EU and NA.0 -

✭✭✭Reinstalling the game wont fix it most likely. If I was you Id put in a ticket to customer support. Also I know on consoles you can have more than one account per game disc. Are you sure you are on the right account?0
