Problems with pony guar in Shadowfen? (Zos Devs please read)

Yesterday and today I have noticed, that while farming the pony guar for meat, when you open the loot menu on deceased pony guar the meat and guts are highlighted in red and labeled as stolen. This is not just the pony guar found in cities and villages but in the wilds as well. Also, it's not just happening in certain areas of the wilds Shadowfen but all of the wild areas where pony guar are found.
I was wondering if this is intentional?
I ask because I have not encountered this in rest of the Ebonheart territories nor with any other wild level 1 creatures. The problem isn't fixed when I logout and re-log, It is persistent.
Is anyone else encountering this issue?
Can someone else test this to verify this issue?
If this is an issue, is Zos aware of this?

xX_BLUDWULF_Xx✭✭✭Yeah, they all belong to the Almighty Hist Tree and are therefore the property of all Argonians that populate this region, but why not all other non-sentient species in the region as well? Or are the pony guar the most coveted by the Hist?0
