Three of my vets are on EP faction. I have a guy on DC, but I never play him because I feel like I'm EP at heart. So, how about I spend 10 bucks in the crown store or something and move him to EP?
I started as EP because I wanted to play an Argonian. I do not regret that decision, but after learning the lore within the game I realize I am most loyal to the Daggerfall Covenant. I'd love to faction change to that faction.
It would probably be too hard to program though. How do you compare quests? What quests will count as done when you faction change? Since suddenly EP questing will be veteran stuff instead of low level do you just reset all quests and let the player redo all of them or would you do something else?
My first character is a vet 2 AD individual who is now my crafter, I wish he was EP but at the same time it seems like an incredibly complicated and time consuming process. There would be many issues involving quests and whatnot.. It's better to just re-roll sort of thing.

I approve from high pop alliance to low pop alliance. Dominion has basially been the punching bag in EU PC since launch. I think every player hates that damn low pop bonus too.
Yes please! Put in as many safeguards as possible, make it a one-off chance, whatever. Just let me bring the characters I have spread in other factions due to early-day curiosity over to the one faction I currently play.
