XB1 - Friendlist is removed after newest Patch

Title says it all. After this newest patch that was completed today I no longer have any friends displayed. This was never a problem before but both my in game group and ALL my friends are deleted. Please help me fix this as there is no reason to play this Online game without any friends.

Wait..... do you mean all your friends shown in-game are not displaying, or are all your friends on XBL out of ESO gone too?

My ingame one has never worked on Xbox.
Some of my friends have theirs suddenly fill after playing a while. Mine never does.

Just in game not showing. It was perfectly fine before update. Now it shows no friends at all.

Sometimes it shows my friends, sometimes it doesn't. People had to log in before they ever showed up on it. This isn't a new problem unfortunately.

I am in a group with some of my friend. Many of my friends have this same problem just after patch. Nothing wrong before..

Yeah the issue generally cleared up after launch when the servers weren't being slammed as hard. I'm also on PS4 so it could be that PS4 was having the issue more than XB1. There just seems to be a long delay with how quickly the friends list populates. During the first week of launch, I couldn't see friends unless I removed them from the PS4 dashboard and added them back.
