I love the fact that Quaranon's store is called the Handy Haversack. But then, I was always a big fan of Heward's Handy Haversack in AD&D.newtinmpls wrote: »Try looking here:

And I totally adore Quaranon. I won't spoil it for you...

It probably is best to get the cheapest mount first (10K) and start your mount training right away, putting 250 gold into it each day. The only reason is that (crown store items aside) it takes a full 180 days to max out your mount, so the earlier you start the better.FancyTuna8 wrote: »Thanks for all the answers. Playing multiple characters right now and sometimes forget where something was. So mount first over 6k for 10 more slots, right?

I started with the red box back in the mid 80s, but then I inherited a bunch of older stuff from my sister's (at the time) boyfriend...newtinmpls wrote: »

It depends. Some items stack and others don't. Crafting materials (like iron ore) stack up to 200 in one slot. Things like weapons, recipes, and all kinds of other things don't stack at all. I could be wrong, but I have a feeling that consumables like food, drinks, and potions only stack up to 100 instead of 200 like crafting mats do.Deadfinger6 wrote: »You may upset her if you call her a bag lady, I got up to 80 items in my inventory but still could do with loads more, I'm thinking of chucking my provisions next . A question : the inventory is for 80 separate items but you can have as many multiples of one item as you like ie 60x iron ore (would still be one slot)?

I started with the blue and red boxes as well, still nostalgic for that version of D&D.
If you think I only have 88 rabbit guts in my bag...traigusb14_ESO2 wrote: »FancyTuna8 wrote: »I find it funny that for purposes of encumbrance (oh, wait, that's too hard a concept for today's games) 100 chunks of iron ore take up as much carrying capacity as a recipe. Gotta fold it nicely so it won't rip, smudge or get to close to, zombie liver, the severed head of that quest orc, 14 different kinds of open topped drink containers and the 88 rabbit guts you also have in that same bag
