✭✭✭✭✭When it's done...assume 2-5pm EST but no one knows. Consider PC if only NA is being done it can take 2-8 hours depending on the updates.
This is both NA and EU going through Zenimax and Xbox so...it'll prob take a very long time.
Then when up, expect log-in issues due to traffic-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
