Target armor value 27653.
Armor penetration 100%.
No wonder stamina builds do well atm!
I should start charging Zenimax money for finding all the damn bugs in the game.....

Yeah, but you can nirnhaxx that to infinity.
Also the most used argument in history when it comes to keeping nirn the way it is:
"But magicka users can get 100% spell pen, dont fix nirnhaxx"
Anyway, good to know that wearing heavy in PvP is basically the same as running around naked.0 -

5 light, apprentice, gold nirnhoned vs 45k spell resists=44% mitigation
5 light, apprentice, gold nirnhoned vs 24,5k spell resists=18% mitigation1 -
