Here's the highlights:
-stamina builds are much more viable than they used to be
-several class abilities now have morphs that change the ability so it costs stamina and is based on weapon damage
-half of the justice system is now working, allowing players to steal, pickpocket, and murder. Outlaw refuges exist in all major towns where you can get rid of your bounty and fence stolen goods.
-aoe caps in pvp are much larger now, so your aoe spells hit more enemies
-armor values are different now, with heavy armor offering significantly more defense than light. Medium is in between.
-there are veteran rank versions of all dungeons now not all have v-version
-at veteran ranks, you earn champion points by gaining xp that can be spent in champion skill trees for passive bonuses
-champion points are account wide, but are spent separately on each character, so your new characters benefit from earned champion points.

Any new content worth doing, especially in PvE? Or is UC still the last area they added?
